Event Communication
DineAround emails are sent regularly to the West End Community to recruit, inform, and remind neighbors, hosts and ticket holders about this FUN-raising event for WECA.

Cocktail Reception & Silent Auction
The first of three events of DineAround. 250+ sponsors, hosts and ticket holders gather for drinks, nibbles and the online auction.  All sponsors will be acknowleged at the Cocktail reception in a variety of ways at this first event of the evening.  

All guests find out the location of their dinner at this lively and fun event so its a "must" for all ticket purchasers

Dinner at Host Homes
The dinners take place at hosts' homes in the West End. Hosts plan, serve and entertain guests for a multi-course dinner in support of WECA.

Dessert Reception
After guests have enjoyed their dinners, they make their way to the final event - dessert and coffee in a West End home.
