The West End Civic Association (WECA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents in Hartford's West End neighborhood. WECA helps foster a strong sense of community by improving safety, promoting civic engagement, cultural and social events, and supporting local initiatives that benefit all community members.
